style=\"width:865px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2024\u5e74\u662f\u4e2d\u9a6c\u5efa\u4ea450\u5468\u5e74\u66a8\u201c\u4e2d\u9a6c\u53cb\u597d\u5e74\u201d\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u9020\u798f\u4e24\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u548c\u5b50\u5b59\u540e\u4ee3\u662f\u4e2d\u9a6c\u4e24\u56fd\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7948\u613f\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c2024\u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u65e5\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u76ee\u6807\uff1a\u7acb\u8db3\u521b\u65b0\u521b\u9020\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u5171\u540c\u672a\u6765\u201d\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c5\u670820\u65e5\uff0c\u7531\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5206\u6821\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08IPIRC\uff09\u4e3b\u529e\uff0c\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08AIAC\uff09\u3001\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u4e0e\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66\u4e00\u5e26\u4e00\u8def\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u534f\u529e\u7684\u201c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u201d\u8bba\u575b\u5728\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5409\u9686\u5761\u6210\u529f\u4e3e\u529e\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u8bba\u575b\u4e3aIPIRC\u7ee72023\u5e743\u6708\u6210\u529f\u4e3e\u529e\u201cRCEP\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u673a\u9047\u201d\uff08IP2023\uff09\u540e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c4a\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7cfb\u5217\u8bba\u575b\uff08IP2024\uff09\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u798f\u5efa\u4fe1\u5b9e\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u3001Gan &amp; Zul\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u3001Halim Hong &amp; Quek\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u548cTrademark2u\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u7b49\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u767e\u4e8c\u5341\u4f59\u4f4d\u6765\u81ea\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b49\u56fd\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u754c\u548c\u4ea7\u4e1a\u754c\u7684\u5609\u5bbe\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u672c\u5c4a\u8bba\u575b\u3002\u8bba\u575b\u73af\u8282\u9664\u5305\u62ec\u5f00\u5e55\u5f0f\u3001\u5206\u8bba\u575b\u548c\u95ed\u5e55\u5f0f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u53a6\u95e8\u5927\u5b66\u6cd5\u5b66\u9662\u4e0e\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u95f4\u8c05\u89e3\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\uff08MOU\uff09\u7684\u7b7e\u7f72\u4eea\u5f0f\u3002\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u5206\u8bba\u575b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5609\u5bbe\u4eec\u56f4\u7ed5\u201c\u66ff\u4ee3\u6027\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u3001\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u201d\uff08ADR, Property\uff09\u3001\u201c\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff09\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u201d\uff08ESG and Intellectual Property\uff09\u3001\u201c\u524d\u6cbf\u6280\u672f\u4e0e\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u201d\uff08Frontier technologies and IP\uff09\u7b49\u56db\u9879\u5206\u8bae\u9898\uff0c\u5c31\u76f8\u5173\u524d\u6cbf\u95ee\u9898\u5c55\u5f00\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u8ba8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center
